These are ridiculously easy to make and addictive! Kale is a wonderful superfood in that it’s packed with vitamins A and C, calcium and iron, but it’s also super affordable (generally $0.99 a lb).


  1. Preheat oven to 250 F.
  2. Remove kale ribs and stems. Cut kale into bite size pieces.
  3. Toss kale in olive oil.
  4. Place kale on a baking sheet and grind sea salt over the batch. Bake for 50-60 minutes. The pieces should be crisp and crunchy.


  • 1/2 lb of kale
  • 2 tbs of olive oil
  • Fresh ground sea salt
