I decided to mix things up a bit with our lobster dinner. Normally, we serve melted butter with lobster, but this time, I decided to make a sauce to pour over the meaty tails. The jalapeno is optional in this recipe. If you haven’t noticed, a bit of heat is almost always added to our recipes. We like it spicy!

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and jalapenos. Cook and stir until transparent (about 3 minutes). Increase the heat to medium, and stir in white wine and lemon juice and zest. Bring to a simmer, then whisk for 1 minute.
  2. Pour over the lobster tails and enjoy.

Ingredients (for 4 tails):

  • 3 tbs butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)
